Anaphylactic Shock (Bee Sting)

If I was stung and:

☐ I cannot breathe, am wheezing, or my throat feels tight
☐ My face, lips, tongue, or throat are swelling
☐ I feel dizzy, faint, or confused
☐ I say I’m allergic or have an EpiPen

What You Should Do

☐ Call 911 immediately, and get my epipen (Located in my fanny pack)
☐ Use my EpiPen right away (outer thigh, through clothing, hold 3–10 sec)
☐ Help me lie flat and raise my legs
☐ If I’m vomiting or struggling to breathe, turn me on my side
☐ Stay with me until help arrives

Do NOT

☐ Do not wait
☐ Do not leave me alone
☐ Do not give food or drinks
